“What will I do when you would be gone?”,
that ominous day always brings me down.

I was guided
by your words,
I held your hands
and saw this world

You were there
when all the odds were against me,
now, you’re gone
and I feel nothing

The times
I stood beside you,
the moments
I drowned in front of you,
the days
I hugged you,
nothing can replace
what I lost because of you.

I took myself
far away from this world,
and underneath my smile,
a thousand cries could be heard

I resisted the change
that was about to come,
I still live the pain,
this sorrow,
and the piercing hurt

Nothing stopped me,
I fought for this mess,
My heart’s broken,
by the words unsaid

You infused in the shadows,
your betrayed promises,
left a volcano inside of me,
and the lava of regrets

Can I reverse the time?
I will never get through,
Waiting for the next life,
You’ll see, what I lost because of you
