I’m the essence of life
Smeared in ash and wrapped in hide
The three worlds are my reality
I’m the destroyer of all the virtuality
I need no materialistic world
I only embark what’s eternal
I reject the pleasures of life
What you see is just an illusion and disguise
The ghosts, goblins, and demons are my companions
Nandi and Kailasa are the immortal guardians
The moon and the Ganges are the ornaments I wear
Giving them up will bring destruction far beyond repair
I’m the pillar of light
That’s beyond Brahma and Vishnu’s might
I’m the linga
That’s the reality of life
I’m the hermit who shuts eyes from the deceptive world
Intoxication is the path to moksha and above
I severed the head of Creator to let his ego die
He tried to dominate Prakriti who’s my better half I can’t deny
I’m the ruthless Kala bhairav and the fearsome Virabhadra
I’m the devotee Hanuman and the savior Neelkanth
I am Bholenath and the furnisher of boons
I’m Shankara to ‘hara’ away all the misfortunes…
I’m the controller of fear and death
I’m the bearer of Vasuki, the king of serpents
I wield trident for the destruction of three worlds
The drum is the universe which expands and collapses in an endless whirl
Nobody can bear my wrath
My third eye and tandava bring the endless holocaust
I’m the cosmic energy present all around
I’m the creator, I’m the destroyer of everything that surrounds
The affection I show are the boons to satisfy
You will not be emancipated until you see beyond the life
I despise the lies and egoistic attitude
I demand the truth and ‘tapa’ to burn the sins, multitude
My children are the mightiest amongst all
They bring peace, fortune, and success across
I’m the Purusha, I’m the prakriti
I’m incomplete without Shakti
I have no shape and identity to describe
I’m the darkness that wraps the enormous light
I’m the secret to the unsolved questions
I’m the ONE beyond your imagination!!!
