I saw you sitting out there
Nobody cared
All alone in your thoughts
That loneliness will never be shared
Moist eyes
Your lean body shivered
May be thinking of the unprecedented future
And how it’s going to end
I never thought you’ll cry like that
Your silence will echo the screams it never had
That the blood will pierce the skin
And the air will become so cold to breathe in
I know there were a thousand words
you wanted to speak
But there was no one beside
With whom you could share your misery
I’m not sure how you’re going to survive
The cruelty of this time
The obliteration that awaits
The life that once smiled and now betrays
I never thought you’ll suffocate like that
Hold the darkness so tight
The hope you’ll let go
And the end, you’ll want to behold
